Pro-Animal Run Club (Rocky Mountain Lake Park)

Run with the Foie Gras CO team! We meet at Rocky Mountain Lake Park at 2 PM, warm up, and head out in pairs on 2-4 mile routes through Sunnyside and Chaffee Park, dropping campaign literature at every door as we go. It's interval training with a purpose: run a block, hit the doors, repeat. All paces welcome, walkers and walk-joggers included. No conversations at doors required, just drop and go (door handles and mats, never mailboxes). We provide the lit and no-bounce bags; you bring shoes and water.
