Empathy Training for Deep Canvassing

Empathy is the most important element of a good deep canvassing conversation. By listening carefully and responding to voters' concerns with compassion, we can build a personal connection quickly and create a safe space for voters to talk about their true feelings about animal ag. This training, led by Eva Hamer, will help you practice those skills for better conversations. This training will be relevant for experienced deep canvassers and activists who are new to it.
